A Wild Artistic Ride

As 2012 draws to a close I am thankful and amazed at the artistic journey I have had this year.
At the beginning of the year drawing was a long lost hobby I had abandoned years ago.
Almost by accident I discovered and inspiration and ability I had no idea existed inside me.
I was often stunned by the images that would emerge on my paper.

With the support and encouragement of many friends, family, and strangers I have created my humble little business called AlpoArts.
In the process I have created a handful of artwork that have brought me satisfaction, and hopefully enjoyment to many people who have seen them.
In addition to my DeviantArt page I have also established my Etsy online shop.
I participated in my first two Art shows, and for the first time my artwork is being sold in a retail store in Vermont.
All this came with a tremendous amount of work, and more then a few mistakes.

I look forward to 2013 with much excitement and anticipation.
For the first two months my work will be on display at the Savings Bank of Walpole in New Hampshire.
In September my work will be on display at Prime Roast on Main street in Keene New Hampshire.
I hope to be featured in other public venues, and participate in more art shows, including Art in The Park in Keene.

Who knows what else 2013 will bring, but I hope it includes plenty of time to explore many exciting projects.
